Important Information & Agreements
By making a donation and scheduling a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Nature of Michele’s Work
Michele’s sessions are spiritual in nature. They are intended for inspiration, reflection, and personal growth only.
They are not a substitute for:

medical, mental health, or psychiatric care

legal, financial, or other professional advice
Please consult the appropriate licensed professionals for any medical, psychological, legal, or financial concerns.
If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or crisis line.
2. GLU’s Role & Limitation of Liability
Sessions are offered solely by Michele in her personal capacity as a spiritual practitioner. Global Lightworkers United (GLU) does not supervise, direct, or control the content of Michele’s sessions and does not provide spiritual, medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial services. By participating in a session, you agree that:

GLU is not responsible or liable for any decisions you make, actions you take, or outcomes you experience as a result of a session.

You hold harmless and release GLU, its officers, board members, and volunteers from any claims arising from or related to your session.
3. Donations, Refunds ; No Guaranteed Outcomes
Global Lightworkers United is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Michele’s session is offered as a heartfelt thank-you gift in appreciation for your support.

Donations do not guarantee any specific result or outcome from a session.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If a genuine scheduling error or unforeseen circumstance arises on Michele’s end that prevents your session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule or address the situation in good faith.
4. Privacy & Confidentiality
Michele is committed to holding your session space with respect and discretion. Personal information you share:

on the donation form is used by GLU only for processing your donation, issuing receipts, and administrative communication;

during sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure may be required by law (for example, if there is concern for your safety or the safety of others).

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

After your donation is received, you will be emailed a private link to schedule your 45-minute session with Michele.

Availability may vary; we appreciate your patience and flexibility.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.

Missed or last-minute cancellations may be treated as completed sessions, at Michele’s discretion.
6. Emotional Nature of the Work
Spiritual and mediumship sessions can be emotionally moving and may touch on sensitive memories, losses, or life themes.By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are emotionally ready to engage with this process and will seek additional support (friends, family, therapist, etc.) if needed.
7. How Your Donation Is Used & Tax Receipts
Your donation supports GLU’s mission to unite and empower Lightworkers worldwide by fostering community, connection, growth, and professional development.
Donation Receipts:

You will receive a donation receipt by email from Global Lightworkers United for your records.

The receipt will list GLU as the recipient organization and may be used for tax purposes in accordance with applicable laws. Please consult your tax advisor with any specific questions.
8. Technical & Access Notes
Sessions are typically held via Zoom. For the best experience, please ensure you have:

a stable internet or phone connection

a quiet, private space

any headphones or devices you may wish to use
